This petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.173 of 2010 on the file of the third respondent police station dated 06.10.2010 to C.B.C.I.D. or any other independent agencies and further investigated the matter, identified the accident vehicle and file a charge sheet within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. It is seen that the case has been closed as undetected. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner for transferring the case cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
