This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Sub Judge, Devakottai to expedite the proceedings pending in H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2021 and dispose the same within the time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3.Since the matter is pending from the year 2021 and there is no sufficient ground to allow this petition, this Court is not inclined to fix the time limit.
4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
