ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on her complaint dated 11.08.2023.
2. According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, thereby, the third and fourth respondents caused life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent representation on 11.08.2023 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that after receipt of the representation of the petitioner, the matter has been enquired and closed on 02.04.2024, since the civil dispute is pending between the parties before the civil Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third and fourth respondents, is inclined to pass order in this petition.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before the civil Court in accommodate with law. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the second respondent, if any criminal activities done by the respondents 3 and 4.
