O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd Respondent, on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner had borrowed money from the third respondent. Now, the third respondent demanding exorbitant interest from the petitioner, thereby, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 and 2 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent a representation through postal. Thereafter, they have approached the petitioner over phone and the same was switched off. Further, the respondent police went to the address mentioned in the complaint, but the petitioner was not available in the said address also. On appearance of the petitioner, they will complete the enquiry within a period of one week. 2/5

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to dispose of the petition. 5.According to the petitioner, she sent a representation on 14.03.2025 and the same has not been considered. The second respondent has also admitted the receipt of complaint. According to the 2nd respondent, the petitioner himself not co-operated for enquiry. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the second respondent for enquiry.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 05.04.2025, thereafter, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate steps based on the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of one week from the date of this order.

7.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
