When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the execution proceeding has already been terminated on 19.12.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the same, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
