The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 191 days in representing appeal, challenging the award, dated 14.07.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.320 of 20218 on the file of the Special District Court (MACT) Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
