This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to conduct investigation in Crime NO.453 of 2014 on his file and file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report within within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
