The petitioner is the mother of Kaleeswari, daughter of Perumal, aged 20 years. Since she had gone missing after lodging a complaint at the Reddiyarchatram Police Station, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. The second respondent has secured the girl and restored her to the petitioner. Both the petitioner and the girl are present. The girl has expressed her willingness to stay with her mother.
