ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the enquiry is pending before the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell and the same was forwarded to the Nachiyarpuram Police Station. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry shall be completed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.The Inspector of Police, Nachiyarpuram Police Station is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
