O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.06.2018 and to take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent has not received the complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will make a fresh complaint to the second respondent to take action against the proposed accused.

5.In view of the above submissions made by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the respondent police.
