[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking production of person or body of the detenu, namely, Kowsalya, Wife of Balakumar, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner, the detenu and the parents of the detenu are present in Court. The detenu informs of being under the care and custody of her parents on her own volition and that she had no relationship with the petitioner.

3. The petitioner informs of the detenu being his wife, but, admits that the marriage has not been registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if any, in accordance with law and recording the position that the
