Common Prayer: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the cases in CC.Nos.136 and 137 of 2014 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District to any other Court having competent jurisdiction to try the same in Thoothukudi District. In both petitions, For Petitioner : Mr.R.Anand For Respondent : Mr.V.Sasikumar COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed seeking transfer of cases in CC.Nos.136 and 137 of 2014 from the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District to any other Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners were convicted after full trial by the Trial Court on 24.04.2019, against which, appeal has also been preferred before the concerned Court and hence, the matters have become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
