ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing, the earlier order of this Court dated 27.04.2022 and a letter submitted by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in D.No. 797/2022, dated 02.12.2022, seeking for extension of three months to dispose the O.S. No. 67 of 2022, this Court made the following order:

" The learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, sent a letter dated 02.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No. 67 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.04.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 02.12.2022, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S. No. 67 of 2022."
