[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking production of the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty. 2.The detenu is present. He informed that he has married one Sushmitha, who is also present before us. The detenu further stated that there is threat both to him and to his wife and hence, they are going to some other place.
