This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey, measure and fix the boundary stones in respect of property i.e., Plot Nos 26 and 27 comprised in S.Nos 98/3, 99/2, 99/4 and 100/2 situated at Shakthi Colony, Ward No.A-L, Block No.2, Ponmalai Kottam, Trichy West by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2020.

2.Heard M/s.N.Anandakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application was rejected by the respondents and the copy of the rejection also communicated to the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the rejection order.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. No costs.
