O R D E R
This revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur to expeditiously conduct the trial of the above suit in O.S.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would aver among other things that the suit in O.S.No. 9 of 2014 was filed for partition and the suit has been continuously adjourned for framing issues. Though all the defendants have filed written statement as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
early as on 17.04.2015, for more than 2 years the suit is pending without framing issues.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. Since a direction for early disposal of the petition is passed, no notice is necessary to the respondents herein.
5. Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2014 and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the same within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of O.S.No. 9 of 2014 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
