This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to file a final report in respect of Crime No.382 of 2014, dated 13.11.2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 342 of I.P.C as against six accused and others before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since the F.I.R is pending from the year 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukottai closed the F.I.R under Section 468 of Cr.P.C on 24.10.2018 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
