O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate submitted that a survey was conducted based on the petitioner's application. However, the petitioner submitted that he was not served with notice.

2. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the petitioner refused to sign the notice when the respondent appeared in person. The respondent has produced a photograph showing that the petitioner was standing at the spot.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no willful disobedience as alleged by the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to survey the property. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 10.04.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr 2/4
