The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore and provide water connections to the remaining seven houses without any further delay or obstruction.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent-Municipality submits that there is an inter se dispute between the petitioner and one Sasikala, and that a suit is pending between them before the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, in O.S.No.33 of 2020. He further submits that two water connections have already been provided to the petitioner from the southern side, and in view of the dispute with the said Sasikala, the petitioner is now requesting water connection from the northern side for seven different connections. He also submits that water connection for the remaining seven housing units can be provided from the southern side as well. Page No. 2 of 4

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to provide water connection to the petitioner from the southern side. No costs.
