O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The petitioner being a retired Sheristadar seeks stepping up of his pay.

2.From the records, it appear that two communications have been sent by the fourth respondent. On receipt of the last of the communication from the fourth respondent in Government Letter No.79817/Cts.V/2014-7, dated 26.12.2016, the second respondent has sent the communication furnishing all the particulars in R.O.C.No.894/2007/C2/MB dated 11.04.2017. Thus, it is for the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same. 3.In such view of the matter, we direct the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the communication dated 11.04.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
