ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the case in S.T.C.No.287 of 2018, dated 28.10.2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the witnesses have been examined before the trail Court except the Investigating Officer and they have also cross examined by the accused person also. Now it is posted for examination of Investigating Officer on 30.11.2021. Since almost the trial is over and since the accused persons participated in the trial proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
