RESPONDENTS Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Trichy to transfer the Arbitration O.P.No.6 of 1997 to the Principal District Court, Trichy and further direct the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy to dispose of the same expeditiously.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 06.12.2017 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Trichirappalli vide the letter in D.No.3445/2018 dated 04.04.2018, and upon hearing Mr.R.V.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- As per the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Tircuhirappalli, the time granted by this Court, dated 06.12.2017, is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
