2. When the case has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that pursuant to the complaint dated 29.01.2016, a case in Crime No.136 of 2016 under Sections 420 and 379(NP) IPC has been registered on 08.03.2016 and a counter case has been registered in Crime No.137 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2012.
