O R D E R

This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.01 of 2018.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the entire case records has been transferred from All Women Police Station, Sankarankovil to All Women Police Station, Sattur. Thereafter the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sattur conducted enquiry and assigned new Crime No.1 of 2019 and conducting investigation.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sattur to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
