Situated at Kalankapuli Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The writ petitioner approached this Court for a direction to survey and fix the boundary stones in respect of his land in Survey No.60/8AB to an extent of 3750 sq.ft., situated at Kalankapuli Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that there is a dispute with regard to the identity of the property. Vendor of the property has registered his objection before the respondent that he has not sold the property as claimed by the petitioner. several properties, the identification of the petitioner's property cannot be made and it cannot be located.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents to conduct enquiry through the sub-ordinate officials to identify the properties belonging to various parties and to proceed further in the matter, after giving notice to the share holders. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and field inspection by producing necessary documents facilitating the task of identifying the properties.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
