RESPONDENT Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to pass an order directing the Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai to dispose of HMOP.No.117 of 2015 within a reasonable time frame.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai vide the letter in D.No.468/2018 dated 04.06.2018 appeared of Mr.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:- This Court, while disposing of the above Civil Revision Petition on 29.11.2017, directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to depose of HMOP.No.117 of 2015, within a period of six months months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Pursuant to the order, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, has sent a letter, dated 04.06.2018, requesting extension of further period of six months to dispose of the HMOP.No.117 of 2015, since she assumed charge as Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai only on 07.05.2018.

3. Therefore, a further period of four months' time is granted to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the said HMOP.No.117 of 2015. The learned Subordinate Judge, is directed to report the same to this Court after passing orders. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
