ORDER

The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.189 of 2019 before the Additional District Court, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District, for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are five defendants in the suit and all of them have entered appearance and have also filed their written submissions. However, the trial is yet to be completed and therefore, he prays for a direction for speedy disposal of the suit.

3.Perusal of the B-Diary extract reveals that the trial could not be proceeded with in view of the Covid-19 situation and the subsequent lockdown. The situation has normalized now. But, this Court is not aware of the pendency or the work pressure of the Additional District Court, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District. However, taking into consideration of the fact that the suit is of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD)No.1090 of 2022 the year 2019 and that all the defendants have filed their written submissions, the trial Court shall endeavor to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
