When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.12.2021, there was no representation for the petitioners and the case was adjourned to 20.01.2022 and also issued fresh notice to the second respondent. On 20.01.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners and notice was also not taken to the second respondent and hence the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal"on 01.02.2022.

2. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
