O R D E R

The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.91 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 451, 354, 294(b), 506(ii), 341 IPC, Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Sections 3(1)(w), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein, on 22.03.2024, at night hours, entered into the third respondent's house and misbehaved with her. When the third respondent questioned about the same, the petitioner abused her in filthy language and her community. Therefore, the third respondent filed a complainant. 2/4

3.Considering the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
