Criminal Appeal filed U/s.14 (A)(2) of SC/ST (Amendment Act) 1989 to set aside the order made in Crl Mp.No.46 of 2025 on the file of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichy dated 07.01.2025 and allowed the appeal and enlarge the appellant on bail. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Jameelarasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Kottaichamay Government Advocate for the respondents No. 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the judgment dated 14.02.2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.31 of 2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.02.2025, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
