Respondent / Defacto Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under sec 482 of Cr.P.C.,to call for the records relating to the Impugned application in C.C.No.21 of 2017 on the file of Special Court for Land Grabbing cum Special Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirunelveli quash the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 11/04/2022 and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in CC No.21 of 2017, with in a period of five months, and the requisition letter dated 18/02/2023 in D.No.196 of 2023, submitted by the Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order: This Court, vide order dated 11.04.2022, directed the Special Court for Land Grabbing cum Special Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirunelveli to conclude the trial process in C.C.No.21 of 2017, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli has submitted a requisition letter dated 27.01.2023, stating that he is sitting on every Tuesday and Thursday in Full Additional Charge Court of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli and out of 14 witnesses, one witness has been examined and remaining 13 witnesses are yet to be examined. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.3357 of 2019 Therefore, he seeks two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.21 of 2017.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant time. Accordingly, time is granted for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order of this Court, dated 11.04.2022.
