This petition has been filed to direct the respondents more particularly the respondents 2 to 4 not to involve or interfering in the civil dispute and also which is fully in the nature of civil forthwith and also abstaining them from harassing the petitioner in this regard.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed and hence there is no question of harassing the petitioner by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
