The petitioner seeks limited direction to the respondent to furnish the copy of the survey and land register. The petitioner has made an application on 10.01.2025, to the first respondent. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondent would have no difficulty in furnishing the extract of the survey and land register and the petitioner may approach the Personal Assistant General to the first respondent with a copy of this order. In fact, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the officer present in Court today, submits that the SLR extract is ready with the Personal Assistant General to the first respondent and the same can be collected by the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
