ORDER

The present petition has been field by the accused persons in S.T.C.No. 12343 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, wherein, the accused persons are alleged to have committed offence under sections 288, 338 of IPC.

2. A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the 3rd respondent, while undertaking construction work, climbed a ladder, fell down, and sustained injuries on her leg. Accused Nos. 1 and 2 are the contractor and sub-contractor for the said construction work.

3. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein the defacto-complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

4. Today, the defacto-complainant is present before this Court and she acknowledges the fact that she has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 2/4

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the charge sheet in STC.No.12343 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is quashed.
