This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet list in H.S.No.12/2011, maintained on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the history sheet opened as against the petitioner in H.S.No.12/2011 has been closed on 19.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 19.03.2019.
