2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would submit that after full trial, all the accused persons were acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, on 31.08.2021.

3. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further direction in this petition.
