ORDER

The judgment debtors are the revision petitioners. The respondent herein filed O.S.No.101 of 2008 before the Sub Court, Srivilliputtur. It is a suit for payment of money. The suit was decreed on 17.08.2011 against the revision petitioners herein. The decree was put to execution by filing E.P.No.91 of 2012. The property of the revision petitioners was brought to sale. In the said auction sale, the decree holder has been granted permission to participate in terms of Order 21 Rule 66 and 72 CPC.

2. In view of the above, no case has been made out for interference with the order impugned in this civil revision petition. The order passed by the Court below is definitely correct and justified. There is no merit in this civil revision petition. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
