ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 504 and 109 of IPC and Section 66-E of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.11 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 10.07.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
