ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.03.2018 into investigation and register the same in accordance with law.

2.The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that both the petitioner and the counter petitioners were enquired before the Revenue Divisional Officer and during the enquiry of the complaint, both the parties had agreed to settle the dispute peacefully among themselves.
