ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to the previous enmity, on 20.04.2022 at about 1.50 pm., the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant and scolded in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the registration of the First Information Report in Crime No.24 of 2022, A2, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, has been released on bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9153 of 2022 on 18.05.2022.

CRL OP(MD). No.7748 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured person has been treated as out-patient and because of some illegal affair, the trouble has arisen between the parties, based upon which, the defacto complainant was assaulted by the accused persons. 5.Considering the fact that A2 has been released on bail and the injured has been treated as out-patient, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Singampunari, Sivagangai District, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
