petitions and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.3477, 3489, 3490, 3508 and 3513 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 20.04.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
