PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct R1 to R3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26/2/2024 and accord police protection to the petitioner`s life and limb pertaining to the property in S.No.13/3A, 13/3B, 14/1 and 16/3 in total to an extent of 6.97 acres in Valandur Rajendram (South) Village, Kulithalai Taluk District in the light of the Judgment and decree, dated 22.09.2022 passed in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Kulithalai and pass appropriate orders.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct R1 to R3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.02.2024 and accord police protection pertaining to the property in S.No.13/3A, 13/3B, 14/1 and 16/3 in total to an extent of 6.97 acres in Valandur Rajendram (South) Village, Kulithalai Taluk District in the light of the Judgment and decree, dated 22.09.2022 passed in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Kulithalai.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of property in S.No.13/3A, 13/3B, 14/1 and 16/3 in total to an extent of 6.97 acres in Valandur Rajendram (South) Village, Kulithalai Taluk District and he got Judgment and decree, dated 22.09.2022 in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Kulithalai in his favour. However, the private respondents are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. Therefore, he has sent a representation to the respondent police on 26.02.2024, but no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, they have registered an FIR in Cr.No.86 of 2024 against the private respondents. 4.Since the respondent police have already registered an FIR against the private respondents, based on the representation of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed. However, if anyone indulges in criminal activity, they can approach the respondent police and seek appropriate remedy.

5.With the above observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
