PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.36/2023 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.03.2023 for the offences under sections 294(b),342,307 of IPC in Crime No.36 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute between the parties on 06.03.2023 at about 11.10 pm., the petitioner along with other accused abused one Selvendran in filthy language and wrongfully restrained him assaulted him with intention to murder him using sickle, hence the case.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
4. It is seen that the petitioner had assaulted him own brother. Further taking note of the fact that the petitioner is involved in ten previous cases and arrested only on 07.03.2023, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
