IN ALL THE PETITIONS COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The prayer in the writ petitions is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners for appointment to any one of the posts of Examiner, Amin, Xerox operator, Office Assistant, Night Watchman and Masalchi in the office of the first respondent. 2.The claim of the petitioners is that since they are temporarily working in the respective Courts, they should be considered for appointment to any one of the posts as advertised by the first respondent.

3.We are unable to consider any such plea in relation to the advertisement issued by the respective District Judges as it is open market publication inviting applications from all eligible persons. After scrutinizing the applications, merits alone will have to be considered by the appointing authority in accordance with law. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted. Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 to 1 of 2015 are closed.
