This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 06.06.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 06.06.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that after the enquiry, the complaint was closed by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
