Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 21.09.2017 made in I.A.No.435 of 2017 in O.S.No.367 of 2010 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur. ORDER : This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter of the learned Subordinate Juge, Srivilliputhur, in D.No. 148 DATED: 27/02/2019 and the resasons stated thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYARATHINAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. D. DHANA CHANDRA PRAKASH, Advocate for the Respondent, this court made the following order:- By Note order dated 11.04.2018, the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, has requested further time of three months for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.367 of 2010.
2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 11.04.2018.
