Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2018 and direct the sixth respondent to grant compensation to the petitioner.

ORDER

2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the
sixth respondent, is for a larger relief, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would restrict his prayer with respect to a direction to the fifth respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner.
3. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint made by the petitioner, they have already filed C.S.R and it was communicated to the petitioner also.
4. In such circumstances, a direction is issued to the fifth respondent to investigate the matter and if a case is made out, take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation promptly.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
