: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed related to Survey No.445/2A, extent of 2747.5 sq.f. Valuthoor Village, Ayyampettai Taluk, Thanjavur District. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Muthusamy For Respondents : Mr.M.Murugan, Government Advocate ******

ORDER

The petitioner has presented his document for registration before the third respondent online. Thereafter, it is the allegation that the third respondent refused to register his sale deed. Hence, the Writ Petition.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner, though presented the document through online, has not produced the original documents for consideration of the third respondent at the office. There are other requirements to be complied with for presenting the document for registration.

3. Considering the submissions made, a direction is issued to the petitioner to present the sale deed in complete form before the third respondent. On such presentation, the third respondent shall verify the document and if the same is in conformity with the statutory requirements, shall take appropriate action for registering the document.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
