This petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.409 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent registered under Sections 380 and 381 of IPC on 09.12.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no appearance on the side of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation was conducted in Crime No.409 of 2017 and final report was also filed, which was taken on file in CC.No.82 of 2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District.

4. Since final report has already been filed and it was also taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
