Praying this court to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 18/11/2009 made in A.S.No. 48/2008 on the file of Subordinate Court, Pudukottai reversing the judgment and decree passed in E.A.No. 45/2007 in E.P.No. 3/2006 in O.S.No. 571/1980 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam dated 25.01.2008.
